Yes We Did…

WARNING! To all who love vinyl, you may be disturbed by these photographs.  For our first project of the new year, we were asked to make a cupcake holders out of records.  Yes, Ray had some reservations about cutting vinyl, but after seeing the condition of the records cutting them was for the best.  We designed and fabricated two holders out of seven records with stainless steel spacers and plexiglas bases.  Between the two, they held 56 standard cupcakes.

As you can see, we had a really great time with this project.  We really enjoy new challenges, especially when they involve reusing materials and/or products.  We appreciate this opportunity and look forward to many more.  Happy 60th B-day!
